Service Details:

  • Hourly rate is $150 (charged at 30 minute increments) or choose a package as outlined below

  • Pricing packages are available as an on-site consultation as well as virtual consultation

  • Pricing packages are only available for buildings less than 4,000 sq ft in size. For any larger dwellings, I charge my hourly rate. 

  • Additional charges apply to onsite consultations outside the Columbia area to cover travel expenses (miles gas, etc.)

What's needed for a consultation?

  • A detailed floor plan drawn to scale. If you don't have one, I'd be happy to create one for your at my hourly rate

  • Construction date of the building - I also need to know the dates of major renovations

  • Birthdays and gender of everyone in your home. For businesses, birthdays of executives and/or  members of management

Silver Package $398

2 hr consultation includes:

  • 1 On-site visit

Annual Report for Existing Clients: $100

Includes written report and a 15 minute phone call.
